We have many different pricing tiers as we think that the pricing schemes of other places that provide data recovery services have one price set listed and it always includes the “clean room” price whether the clean room is used or not. Some data recovery doesn’t recovery don’t need a clean room. What is a clean room you ask? Well, a “clean room” is a room that is environmentally controlled, the cleanest room with filters to filter out air pollutants, like dust, and other particles that can ruin the data recovery task when the hard drive or device has to be opened up. These services are pricey no matter what though we try to provide the best price around while still trying to maintain our fair wage employer status.
What did you delete a file or some files by accident? Computer crash and can’t access the files on the hard drive This is what we mean were you will not pay the clean room prices for these level 1 and level 2 type of data recovery issues. Now matter how you look at it you are in the right place and you can even bundle this service with other services at the time of the payment to get even more of a discount.

Note we evaluate the device for free and if no data can be recovered then no charge for service. If we are able to recovery any data and you choose to not want the data, we recovered any data then there will be a $100 service charge for labor and usage of data recovery equipment.
All Services needing Emergency rushed priority service add $65 to bill. (Normal service levels are by when the order was submitted first in first out and estimated service completion notifications can be up to 48 hours to get your time frame)
Shipping fees: (shipping and non-local data recovery services coming soon)
Storage Fees: After the recovery service is completed. There is 7 days to pay for the data recovery services. After the 7-day period without service payment there will be a $10 per week charge add to the bill for storing device(s) and parts. We have limited space and after 90 days of nonpayment devices will be destroy and/or recycled.
File storage: We offer file storage where you can have your recovered files available for download online and pay per month to keep them online. 2 GB for $2.00 a month then $1.00 per 1GB extra. Files can be downloaded with an ftp client.
Hard Drive Removal fees: For internal hard drive mostly. If we have to remove the hard drive from the device such as a PC/computer, laptop, apple devices and any other device we have to remove the drive containing the date needed to be recovered. The fee for this removal $75-$150 depending on the device in question. If you already are using our computer repair services for this order the removal fee is waived/included with your computer/device repair service.
Hard Drive/Data Destruction Fee: We offer a hard drive and data destruction service that can be done to the device your data was recovered from. This is so that your data is just floating around out of your hands. The fee for this service is $25.
Our level one data recovery services are for things like deleting files by accident. The hard drive or other data storage device is still fully functional and all other files are still available and can be access by normal means. Things to remember to ensure the success of recovering your file or files. Don’t use the device until the file recovered is the best solution but if you have to use the device do not attempt to safe any new files to your device if you can help it.
